ISO 21001 is an international standard that stipulates the requirements of educational organizations management systems and is intended to provide a common management tool for organizations that provide educational products and services that can meet the needs and expectations of learners and other stakeholders. It focuses on specific interactions between organizations, learners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Published in 2018, it is applied to all educational organizations aimed at improving stakeholder satisfaction.

• check Over 5 years of work experience (including at least 2 years of experience related to educational organizations - management)
• check Completion of ISO 21001 Auditor/Lead Auditor training
• check Pass knowledge and attribution examination of GPC
• check Audit log of at least 20M/D within 3 years
